Job Summary:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a vital role in our senior living facility, where you will be responsible for delivering and assisting residents with daily needs, including personal care, preparation for activities, and routine tasks in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of nursing assistant responsibilities
  • Perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of licensed nurse supervisors
  • Assist residents with daily needs, including personal care, grooming, and mobility
  • Participate in activities and social programs to enhance resident engagement and well-being

Requirements:

  • Active and in good standing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
  • Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
