Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide basic nursing care to residents, including personal care needs, preparation for activities, and routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
  • Perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.
  • Assist residents with daily needs, including personal care, grooming, and mobility assistance.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for residents.
Requirements:
  • Active and in good standing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice.
  • Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Assisted Living (AL), or Memory Care (MC) setting is preferred.
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
