Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Community Development Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Serve Philadelphia team, you will be responsible for planning and executing the VISTA Program's professional development and member support experiences.

Responsibilities• Plan and execute the Serve Philadelphia VISTA Program's professional development and member support experiences
• Collaborate with the Outreach & Recruitment Coordinator, Sub-site Coordinator, and Program Director to ensure overall project success
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including trainers, workshop facilitators, and other key partners
• Oversee the management of VISTA monthly reporting, compiling quarterly summaries to support regular federal grant reporting
• Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, equity, and social justice within the VISTA Corps and across the organization

Requirements• At least 2-3 years of experience in program coordination
• AmeriCorps service experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong presentation and training skills
• Effective oral and written communication for diverse audiences
• Ability to mediate and problem solve
