Role Responsibilities:

Our Project Managers play a vital role within our design teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust leadership, time management, and communication skills to pursue, develop, and implement projects. This role offers opportunities to engage in a variety of fish passage projects for both public agencies and private clients, including:

  • Stream Assessments
  • Hydrologic & Hydraulic Analysis
  • Scour Analysis & Countermeasure Design
  • Streambed Stability Design
  • Large Woody Material Stability Analysis
  • Hydraulic Design Reports
  • Permit Applications & Support
  • Technical Plans, Specifications & Cost Estimates
  • FEMA No-Rise Analysis and Certification

Project Managers are responsible for project coordination and ensuring successful project completion that meets client expectations. Typical project tasks include:

  • Management and/or design of projects
  • Main point of contact with clients for project coordination and design
  • Supervision and direction of design engineers and drafters
  • Accountability for technical content and quality assurance
  • Establishing project fees and timelines
  • Monitoring project budgets and schedules to ensure contract commitments and profitability
  • Providing construction administration support
  • Engaging with design consultants, municipalities, contractors, and clients
  • Conducting site visits
