Position Overview
The Production Packing Specialist will be an integral part of our manufacturing operations. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently pack products and prepare them for shipment, ensuring the highest quality standards are met to satisfy our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Package finished goods with precision and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Assist in manual labor tasks as directed by the Operations Supervisor.
- Operate machinery safely and effectively, including pallet wrappers.
- Ensure proper labeling and inspection of products.
- Monitor for quality control and report any defects.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide support to new employees to promote safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Good mathematical and communication skills.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and motor skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Work Environment
- Exposure to moving equipment and varying temperatures.
- Inside work with potential noise levels exceeding 85dB.
Position Details
- Full-time role with shift work required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
