The Emergency Tire Service Technician role within our organization can be summarized as follows: "A rapid response tire specialist for commercial vehicle fleets." When a client experiences a tire malfunction, a Technician is dispatched to their location to either repair or replace the tire.

This position requires the Technician to be available on-site while executing their responsibilities.

In periods without active service requests, Technicians are expected to assist with mounting orders, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workshop, and fulfilling other general tasks as necessary.

No prior experience is necessary for this role. Comprehensive training will be provided for all required skills.

Shift Details:
An on-call rotation is mandatory.

During their on-call shifts, Technicians are expected to respond to after-hours service requests with a 95% acceptance rate, which may include weekends and evenings.

After-hours service requests are compensated at double the standard rate, with a minimum of 2 hours guaranteed per call.

Basic Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and compliance with commercial driver qualification standards.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Role Overview:
What skills will you acquire?
Servicing Commercial Tires, including dismounting, mounting, and repairing various tire types.
Performing match mounting, dual assembly mating, and radial runout as required.
Inflating tires to specified PSI based on load requirements.

Adhering to OSHA regulations and safety protocols, including proper PPE usage, tire cage operations, and compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
