We are seeking a skilled and hard-working Automotive Technician to join our growing team at Tuffy Tire and Auto Service. The right candidate will primarily be focused on providing a full range of onsite maintenance and repair services for vehicles from a variety of different manufacturers.
Responsibilities- Perform Vehicle Repairs and Maintenance: Utilize your vehicle maintenance expertise to perform vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned and by following dealer and factory standards.
- Diagnose and Repair Vehicle Issues: Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform appropriate repairs.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Keep your shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for tools at all times.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customer vehicles are kept clean and that all work is performed to a high standard.
- Test and Inspect Vehicles: Road-test vehicles to identify issues and ensure the quality of repair.
- Document Work Performed: Document all work performed on repair orders.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a clean cut, professional appearance and take great pride in your work.
- Tools and Equipment: Must have own tools and be able to account for them at all times.
- Availability: Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including Saturdays.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $55,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year.
