Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business goals.
  • Logistics Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, and receiving operations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions to improve processes and reduce costs.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs. and use hand-wheeled carts to move products.
