About the Role:

As a Technology Operations Specialist at Canon Solutions America, Inc., you will be responsible for the regular administration of fleet management, output management, and scanning software solutions. This involves leveraging your knowledge of client networks and relationships with IT administrators to ensure seamless operations.

Your Impact:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with client IT administrators and personnel to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the client's networking environment to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with all solutions deployed within the client's environment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform regular application administration tasks for fleet management, output management, and scanning software solutions.
  • Collaborate with the client and Canon's Account Team to test and implement hardware/software solutions in the client's network environment.
  • Alert the Canon team to potential timeline impacts immediately.
  • Provide technical support and issue resolution activities to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Communicate chronic technology issues with the client and Canon Account Team.
  • Train Canon site personnel on predefined troubleshooting and remediation strategies.
Customer Service:
  • Apply core customer service excellence approaches consistently to generate healthy customer relationships.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach to represent Canon and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Share customer feedback with the team to broaden knowledge of issues, capabilities, customer-specific needs, and requirements.
  • Contribute open issues to the customer information database.
About You:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of related experience and possess the following skills:

  • Strong customer service skills to generate customer relationships through listening and learning channels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience with Canon.
  • Respectfully share customer opportunities for improvement with Canon teams as appropriate.
  • Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises.
  • May require up to 30% travel to client sites, including overnights (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
  • Certification requirements upon hiring or within the first 6 months: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.
Compensation and Benefits:

In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated base salary for this role: $66,560 - $81,550.
