Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead - Toolchain Architect to join our team at Request Technology, LLC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud native technologies, including Atlassian, Jira, and AWS. They will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust toolchain that meets the needs of our 5000+ users.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. They will be a strong communicator and team player, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a cloud native toolchain using Atlassian, Jira, and AWS
  • Develop and maintain a modular library for Jenkins DSL using Groovy
  • Integrate Jenkins with data product deployments like Attunity, Talend, and Snowflake
  • Design and integrate with SAS products like Automation Anywhere, Appian, and MicroStrategy
  • Monitor operation/runtime across tools and integrations, ensuring continuous availability and code-based configuration
  • Develop open lines of communication with senior leaders and coach teams to collaborate effectively
  • Accountable for self-identifying emerging technology risk and executing action plans

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of technology experience and 4+ years of management experience
  • Experience with cloud native technologies, including Atlassian, Jira, and AWS
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal guidance
