0-9+ Months (Temporary to Permanent)

Work Schedule:

Rotating shifts every 2-3 weeks, currently Monday to Friday with the first shift from 4 AM to 2 PM, second shift from 12 noon to 10 PM, and 8-hour weekend shifts as required.


Compensation:
$19.50 per hour on W2.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collecting parts and assembling components following detailed instructions to execute a 10-part assembly process.
2. Conducting tests on the assembled unit components upon completion.
3. Performing pressure and temperature evaluations using water pressure and high temperatures to ensure optimal functionality.
4. Efficiently assembling and testing a range of moderately complex products.
5. Engaging in first-stage subassembly and final detailing tasks.
6. Working with products that include mechanical components and various part numbers.
7. Actively participating in lean initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and minimizing costs.
8. Receiving general supervisory guidance throughout the assembly process.
9. Utilizing mechanical skills along with hand and power tools for moderately complex assembly and testing tasks.
10. Operating forklifts, cranes, and other material handling equipment.
11. Assembling components according to assembly drawings.
12. Using testing equipment in compliance with established standards.
13. Conducting functional tests on assemblies with support.
14. Testing equipment with water or gas (hydrogen or nitrogen).
15. Performing tests on assemblies based on customer and/or division specifications.

Qualifications:
1. GED or High School Diploma.
2. Experience in assembling Oil & Gas products with testing experience (gas, hydro, temperature).
3. Proven experience in the assembly and testing of mechanical components.
4. Forklift and crane operating experience.

Work Hours:
Shift rotation every 2 or 3 weeks: Current shift times: Monday to Friday
First shift: 4 AM to 2 PM
Second shift: 12 noon to 10 PM.
8-hour weekend shifts may be required.
