Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Obstetrics and Gynecology team. As a RN in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in patient and family education, promoting health and wellness
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, ensuring high standards of care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
- NRP (or obtained within three months of employment)
- BLS
- Current state nursing license
- Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility
- Prefer one year full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care setting
