Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language services to students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Education Programs (IEPs) for students on your caseload.
  • Collaborate with parents and educators to facilitate improved communication skills and provide support for students with speech and language disorders.
  • Collect and maintain accurate records on students, including speech and language assessments and progress reports.
  • Provide speech and language screenings and diagnostic services as needed.
  • Work with regular education and special education teachers to develop and implement effective instructional strategies.
  • Refer students to other specialists as needed and provide recommendations for additional support services.
  • Administer evaluations of student progress towards mastery of established goals and objectives.
  • Serve as a resource to teachers and administrators regarding the needs of students with speech and language disorders.
  • Participate in training programs to increase skills and proficiency related to the assignment.
  • Ensure adherence to good safety procedures and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
