About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Working Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for the direction, guidance, and safety of all site staff. Your primary focus will be on ensuring safe working conditions, training, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and work alongside a crew of Journeyman, Apprentices, Operators, and Groundmen.
  • Lay out work and ensure materials, tools, equipment, and information are on the job site in the proper locations to meet construction schedules.
  • Interact with the Superintendent or Project Manager and oversee complete installation on smaller projects.
  • Monitor work in progress and accurately evaluate fellow employees' work performance.
  • Train field personnel in technical skills and safety methods.
  • Communicate with the crew, subcontractors, and owner to maintain a good working relationship.
  • Inventory, record keeping, organization, and usage of materials required.
  • Read and understand all contract requirements and paperwork documentation.
  • Directing, scheduling, addressing disciplinary or employment issues, and approving timesheets of crew.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of relative experience in the Utility or similar industry required.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Active, Valid Driver's License.
  • Active, Valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $35.44/Yr. - USD $44.76/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
