Customer Service Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at PrideStaff. As a key member of our business office customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts, including billing, cash receipts, and customer support.
  • Prepare and reconcile cash deposits and drawer reconciliations.
  • Provide support to the Customer Service Supervisor and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures, as well as company products and services.
  • Ability to operate various office equipment, including personal computers, software programs, and telephone systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations in a professional manner.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple work assignments and make sound decisions using available information.
