Job Summary

As a Customer Service Support Level 1 at Hire Talent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing incoming orders, clarifying terminology, and providing accurate information to customers, sales representatives, and distributors. Your attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in maintaining accurate records and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine and schedule orders according to urgency and priority.
  • Communicate with customers, sales representatives, and distributors to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data on orders.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or fax, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
  • Use phone and computer technology to handle high call volumes and manage customer accounts.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service Manager to ensure proper customer service delivery and implement process improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong computer aptitude and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to determine answers and solutions quickly.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP and the industrial motor control industry.
