Job Title: Data Analyst

At Paradigm Technology, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us drive business growth and improvement through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and build scripts that will make the data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets.
  • Ensure data integrity and analyze business performance using data across data sources.
  • Explore unstructured (open-ended text/speech) and structured (surveys) data to uncover valuable insights.
  • Document and measure progress and business performance against project outcomes and goals to ensure experience gaps have been resolved and the customer journey is improved.
  • Work closely with project managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
  • Interpret and communicate complex ideas and findings into meaningful insights easily understood by audiences of varying levels of seniority and analytical understanding.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and proactively communicate when deadlines are at risk.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Customer Insights, Business Intelligence, or a related field, preferably working with large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Must have experience with using MS Excel to understand and build complex spreadsheets and analysis.
  • A mindset geared toward back-end of innovation and a willingness to ask tough business questions and challenge the status quo.
  • Demonstrated success in uncovering and solving challenging customer issues in a dynamic business setting and delivering high quality results in a challenging environment.
  • Curiosity to explore complex and customer focused qualitative/quantitative data sets, experimenting to see what insights it uncovers.
  • Ability to transform complex ideas into easily understood concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize advanced analytic techniques and develop strategic frameworks to synthesize insights from multiple data sources.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to complete tasks and identify solutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred; equivalent real-world work experience will be considered.
  • Experience working with SQL is preferred.
  • Experience working with Financial data is preferred.
  • Experience working with Salesforce data structures is preferred.
  • Experience working with Oracle NetSuite data structures is preferred.
