Marketing Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Analyst to contribute to our team's innovation programs at Bauducco Foods. As a key player in our marketing department, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, conducting research, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior, customer, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the brand utilizing data tools;
  • Own the relationships with data suppliers to ensure data accuracy and timing needed to align with reporting deadlines;
  • Assist in developing innovation programs and participate in product launches: Develops, manages, supports material and tracks content needs across product launches and other marketing content development initiatives;
  • Create reports on innovation performance, consumer complaints, new product launches, etc.
  • Drive or support brand activations in accordance with the brand plans, objectives, identity, including execution of sales materials & trainings, media/owned content development, and events, execution;
  • Coordinate marketing activations across cross-functional teams to execute small/large brand & marketing campaigns.
  • Supports KPI tracking, measurement, and analysis of in-market performance and innovation evolution.
  • Build templates for presenting data and insights in internal and external presentations.
  • Supports internal communications for campaigns & marketing programming.
  • Supports organization of Marketing Team Meetings and Engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years marketing and/or analytics experience preferably within Consumer Packaged Goods;
  • Previous experience in consumer/shopper marketing using consumer/shopper data and insights a plus;
  • Nielsen data base experience;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Living in Miami, 5 days in office (This is not a hybrid position);
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint);
  • High level of organization and attention to detail; Self-starter with strong follow-up and follow-through;
  • Superior time management skills (i.e. ability to prioritize tasks according to strict deadlines);
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen;
  • Must be fluent in English;
  • Spanish and Portuguese a plus.
