Job Title: Marketing Database Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Database Analyst to join our team at Miccosukee Resort & Gaming. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and leveraging our database to drive effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our database to ensure accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of data.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and implement segmentation strategies for campaigns and identify target audiences based on data analysis.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights on performance metrics such as customer engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Create reports and dashboards for marketing and other stakeholders and present complex data in an understandable and visually appealing manner.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand their data needs and support them with relevant data and insights.
  • Assist in market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends and dynamics.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection standards and contribute to the development of policies and best practices for data governance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in database management and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, SAS) and knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing trends.
  • Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude while dealing effectively with guests, management, team members, and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Working Conditions:

The Casino & Resort will function seven days a week, 24 hours a day. We may find it necessary to re-schedule shifts according to our business volume. You must be willing and available to fulfill these demands.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member will be regularly required to walk, stand and sit. The associate will occasionally be required to climb and use balance. Additionally, the team member will frequently be asked to use hands and arms carry and lift items. Specific vision abilities required to perform this job include close vision and distance vision.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member may experience temperature fluctuations and moderate to high levels of noise. This is a smoking environment.
