As a Coffee Shop Barista with Morrison Healthcare, you will play a vital role in making a difference in patient care by providing exceptional service and preparing specialty beverages and related food items according to HACCP guidelines and standards for quality food-service operations.

Salary and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation and benefits for our part-time baristas, including a salary range of $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Job Summary

• Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enter orders accurately into POS device; accept cash and charge payments.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of proper serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards.

Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Coffee Shop Barista, your responsibilities will include:

• Serving customers quickly and efficiently, preventing delays in serving lines.
• Demonstrating a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explaining them to customers.
• Ensuring all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
