Barista Associate

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beverage Specialist to join our team at 7Crew Enterprises. As a key member of our Brew Crew, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee shop.

This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling requirements, including working a minimum of three shifts per week, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Take orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Prepare high-quality beverages and premixes to meet customer standards.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to organization standards and sanitation regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, handling complaints professionally, and making personal connections through genuine interactions.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless operations during peak periods.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with coffee shop operations and practices preferred.

This position requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and navigating a drive-thru line safely. A flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances are essential.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth within the company.
