Job Title: Lead IT Project Manager

At Full Circle Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead IT Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update the governance framework, ensuring compliance with requirements and processes.
  • Manage project feature lists, work with technical teams to design and document business requirements, and coordinate governance committee and board member meetings.
  • Liaise with the Finance Management team, providing support in creating presentation materials, reading materials, and other necessary documents.
  • Manage and own facilitation, tracking, and reporting of program performance, risks, and issues.
  • Assist in advising managers and teams on the best use of the program to achieve enterprise-wide strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to monitor emerging requirements and determine their impact on existing policies.
  • Communicate project status to all interested parties and understand the deliverables of internal and external customers.
  • Manage internal tools and provide support on feature prioritization, business case, and decision-making processes.
  • Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports, and plans are relevant, accurate, and complete.
Requirements:
  • Equivalent related experience or a Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Proven experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful program outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, critical thinker, and strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated capability for problem-solving, decision-making, sound judgment, assertiveness, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management from a support perspective.

  • Demonstrated ability to take a global vision or strategy into an action plan/roadmap across an enterprise.
  • Multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple complex projects.
  • Self-motivated, high energy, self-confident, proven achiever with the ability to drive for results.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, use data for decision-making, think creatively, communicate recommendations, influence change, and drive implementation of new processes and structure.
