Además, estamos comprometidos a proporcionar a nuestros empleados las herramientas necesarias para realizar su trabajo de manera efectiva y brindar la mejor atención de hospice en la región. No imponemos cargas de trabajo excesivas ni cuotas inalcanzables, lo que permite a nuestro equipo dedicar más tiempo a cada uno de sus pacientes. Horario: 3 turnos de 12 horas. Domingos, miércoles y viernes con sábados rotativos cada 3 semanas.

Responsabilidades:
- Realizar evaluaciones previas a la admisión para determinar la idoneidad de los servicios.
- Iniciar el proceso de admisión educando e informando a los pacientes y sus familias sobre nuestros servicios.
- Obtener el consentimiento informado.
- Proporcionar evaluación de enfermería, plan de atención inicial e intervenciones que optimicen el confort y la calidad de vida dirigidos por el paciente y su familia.
Requisitos:
- Graduado de un programa acreditado de enfermería registrada.
- Licencia como enfermera registrada en el estado correspondiente.
- Certificación actual en RCP.
- Se prefiere 1 año de experiencia en hospice.
- Capacidad para tomar decisiones independientes cuando las circunstancias lo requieran.
- Habilidad para tratar con tacto a pacientes, familiares, visitantes, personal de la agencia y el público en general.
- Conocimiento de procedimientos de evaluación y aseguramiento de calidad.
