About the Role

As the Catering Operations Supervisor, you will oversee in-house catering services, assist in managing daily operations, and help maintain catering equipment and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure catering services consistently exceed guest expectations.
  • Present Levy catering offerings in a manner that enhances guest satisfaction and profitability.
  • Communicate client requirements effectively to ensure compliance and meet service expectations.
  • Develop knowledge of location-specific food and beverage offerings.
  • Hold team members accountable for delivering exceptional service.
  • Maintain high standards of show quality at all times.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, guests, and team members.
  • Gather feedback from clients and guests to enhance operations.
  • Support and promote company initiatives.
  • Address and assist with any guest service issues that arise.
  • Implement menus, promotions, and programs as directed by management.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Enforce responsible alcohol service policies.
  • Complete daily reporting and month-end closing tasks.
  • Ensure team compliance with company guidelines and training materials.
  • Utilize performance management tools to guide and support team members.
  • Foster a positive and cooperative work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a food and beverage operational role.
  • Strong passion for hospitality and food service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
