Customer Service Coordinator

Job DescriptionThe Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the repair process of customer and dealer-owned agricultural and turf equipment, ensuring seamless communication with customers throughout the process.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the Service Yard team to ensure efficient workflow
- Promote excellent customer experiences and service department success
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the service manager and other service writers
- Schedule work assignments for technicians based on priority
- Monitor parts orders and address any issues promptly
- Stay up-to-date on Kubota Equipment and allied products knowledge
- Track technician billable time accurately
- Assign work orders to technicians based on priority
- Communicate with customers about their equipment's repair status
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Participation in Service EDUCATE Training programs
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant service experience
- Valid driver's license
This role requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The ability to lift 75 pounds is necessary, and passing a pre-employment drug test is mandatory.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year-
