The Building Systems Maintenance Technician is responsible for executing preventative upkeep, conducting repairs, performing initial diagnostics, and carrying out inspections on a diverse range of facility systems and components, as well as various equipment utilized in both clinical and non-clinical environments. This role emphasizes expertise in specific trades such as carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems.
Essential Educational Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
Essential Work Experience
- Preferred 1-year experience in facility maintenance and operations, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or finished carpentry.
Necessary Licenses/Certifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Completion of a certified patient/visitor de-escalation and restraint program (required within one month of employment).
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Proven safe work practices in relevant trades.
- Capability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer’s instructions.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Windows desktop applications and navigation.

- $4.25 - Evenings
- $8.00 - Nights

Pay Range: $26.97
