Job Title: Diagnostic Imaging Technologist

At Tenet Regional Resource Pool, we are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our team. As a CT Tech, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic procedures utilizing radiation detection and imaging equipment. Your primary focus will be on providing quality care to patients of all age groups, from newborn to elderly, according to department standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic procedures utilizing radiation detection and imaging equipment
  • Provide quality care to patients of all age groups
  • Complete established competencies for the position within designated introductory period
Requirements:
  • MINIMUM EDUCATION: FORMAL TWO YEAR RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGY TRAINING IN AMA APPROVED SCHOOL WHICH MEETS REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRY BY THE ARRT
  • PREFERRED EDUCATION: BS in Radiology or equivalent
  • MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years with specific experience in CT scan (computerized tomography) components
  • CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE REQUIRED: American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in computed tomography; or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification (NMTCB) in computed tomography; or ARRT (R) or NMTCB certification AND documented training on computed tomography
