Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate production machinery following current manufacturing protocols and standard operating procedures.
  • Collect and document data related to the operation and performance of manufacturing equipment.
  • Ensure that production outputs meet both quality and quantity standards through thorough verification processes.
  • Inspect components for any debris or potential quality defects, reporting findings to management and the quality assurance team as necessary.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines as mandated by the company and applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Qualifications
  • Preferred experience of 1-2 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
Expectations for this Role
  • Utilizes acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to learn and apply new methods and information in the assigned area.
  • Maintains necessary licenses, training, and certifications relevant to the role.
  • Handles routine assignments that may require some problem-solving abilities.

Compensation
Pay rate: $15.75 per hour (includes shift differential)
