Nations Roof is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead our roofing crew in repairs and installation of small scope construction existing, BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal roof and steep slope systems.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough roof inspections and maintain manufacturer warranties
- Lead and train assigned helpers in proper repairs and small scope construction of a variety of commercial roofs, including Single Ply's EPDM, TPO, PVC, Built-up and Modified Roof Systems
- Accurately record keeping – Time and material
- Represent the company and interact with others in an honest, ethical, and professional manner at all times
- Commercial roofing experience (BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems)
- Ability to lead and train helpers in a small team environment
- Capacity to identify and solve technical field application problems
- Daily reporting and adherence to job-site safety and OSHA requirements
- Excellent communication skills with customers and coworkers
- Willingness to be trained and use company software
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Basic computer and Smartphone skills
- Ability to travel when required
- 5+ years roofing production experience
- Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish)
- Hourly Pay Rate (Knowledge and experience based)
- 40 hours Paid Time Off (eligible after 90 days of employment)
