All Lines Technology is in search of a proficient and seasoned Cisco VOIP Architect. The successful candidate will take charge of the design, implementation, and upkeep of the internal IP telephony voice communication framework and its related network connections and hardware components. Additionally, the role involves strategizing for the definition, deployment, and maintenance of the organization’s voice communication architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate architectural plans for voice and data services.
- Install essential network hardware modules, including IP and PBX communication servers.
- Design and deploy Cisco Unity systems.
- Diagnose and resolve VoIP network complications.
- Assess and enhance network security systems and protocols.
- Add network users and oversee company permissions.
- Coordinate strategies for defining, deploying, and maintaining the organization's voice communication architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Over 5 years of experience in network voice, collaboration, telepresence, and call center settings.
- Extensive knowledge of Cisco IP telephony technologies and solutions.
- Experience in managing and supporting Cisco's UC portfolio, including but not limited to CUCM, Unity, Voice Gateways, Collaboration Edge, Jabber, Telepresence, and inbound/outbound routing with PRI and SIP trunking.
- Experience in network planning, architectural design, and engineering.
- Proficiency with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
- Capability to assess new products, resolve network issues, and develop and document technical standards and interface applications.
