Position Overview:

  • Respond to incoming calls on a multi-line system promptly and professionally, consistently meeting call volume expectations.
  • Accurately gather and input patient information, managing the database effectively, which includes generating existing reports and creating new ones as necessary.
  • Engage with patients to arrange appointments and additional assessments as required.
  • Perform general office tasks, including scanning, faxing, and copying documents.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills to address inquiries and deliver patient-centered services, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Organize and uphold filing systems (both physical and digital) in accordance with established company protocols.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality regarding company and client information.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical office setting is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, is essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and a professional demeanor are necessary for effective collaboration with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with proper telephone etiquette, are required.
