We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant Supervisor to join our team at OnPoint Medical Group. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for supervising Medical Assistants, creating and maintaining scheduling, and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor Medical Assistants to ensure excellent patient care and high-quality services.
- Develop and implement scheduling strategies to optimize staff utilization and patient flow.
- Collaborate with management to address personnel issues, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and HIPAA standards, policies, and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive public relations image.
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Nationally recognized certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with EMR systems.
- Competitive hourly wage: $26-$32.
