Job Responsibilities: As a Test Center Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining expert knowledge of test center policies, practices, and procedures. This includes greeting examinees, verifying identification, performing security checks, and ensuring a secure environment and materials in the test center at all times.
Key Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in person. You should also possess excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task, and have basic computer knowledge. Physical requirements include being able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and move through the test room every 8-10 minutes.
