Key Responsibilities
  • Service, diagnose, and repair chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and commercial HVAC equipment.
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of building systems.

Requirements
  • EPA Certification or CFC universal refrigerant card.
  • Multiple years of leadership experience in commercial building maintenance or commercial HVAC.
