Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage master and new client accounts by processing purchase orders, overseeing an inbox, ensuring pricing aligns with contractual agreements, and generating purchase orders and confirmations upon shipment
  • Monitor all shipments and communicate updates to clients and internal teams
  • Address and resolve any customer inquiries or issues
  • Provide administrative assistance as required

Qualifications for Success:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative roles, or office environments
  • Proficient in Excel, including skills in sorting, filtering, data entry, and report generation
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical in approach
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Experience in the distribution sector or familiarity with purchase orders is preferred

Compensation and Location:

  • Hourly rate of $24, direct hire opportunity
