About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Chicago, IL.

Job Description

This BCBA position involves designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, providing training to staff, and supporting students with diverse needs to achieve their educational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct and indirect behavioral support services to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote positive behavior strategies
  • Train and supervise staff in implementing behavioral programs and interventions
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of intervention plans
  • Support students in developing skills related to social interaction, self-regulation, and independence
  • Assist with IEP development and implementation
