Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team at CREOKS Health Services. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a plan of success and course of action based on individual needs of a youth and/or family. You will also advocate for the youth in the agency setting, use personal judgment to identify available options, and provide consultation and expert advice to management.

CREOKS Health Services is a non-profit organization providing comprehensive health, wellness, and social services. Our behavioral health division offers more than 40 years of quality services and programs that benefit adults, adolescents, and children. We currently have 24 locations across Eastern Oklahoma and one in Mountain View Arkansas.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6-35 months of behavioral health experience
  • Specialized training and/or certification in mental health services or related field
  • CPR, Blood Borne Pathogens, and First Aid training
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Establish working relationships with clinical, administrative, and support staff
  • Maintain strict confidentiality guidelines for interactions regarding client information
  • Work well under pressure meeting deadlines with efficiency and consistency
