Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at Alamo Drafthouse. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food to high standards, following our recipes and kitchen procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality dishes.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu items, ingredients, and kitchen equipment to provide excellent service.
  • Adhere to our company's core values, including doing the right thing, fostering community, giving a sht, and boldly going.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a high-volume kitchen, preferably with scratch fine-dining experience.
  • Ability to work safely and quickly under pressure, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong attention-to-detail, organization, retention, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food handling techniques, and recipe conversion.
  • Ability to follow recipes, maintain a clean kitchen, and work effectively in a team environment.
