Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a vital role in the delivery of high-quality patient care in the Cardiac Surgical Unit. In this role, you will partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, and deliver patient-centered care. You will assist with admission and discharge processes, provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and engagement, and support improved outcomes and service.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Current licensure in Alaska as a Registered Nurse.
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year applicable experience.
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) Certification.
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support Course (ACLS) Certification.
