Position Overview: Soliant is looking for a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to become a vital part of our educational team. The SLP will engage with students to evaluate, diagnose, and treat various speech, language, and communication challenges. This role requires effective collaboration with educators, families, and other school personnel to foster students' academic and social achievements.

Primary Duties:

  • Administer speech and language evaluations to determine students' requirements and create tailored intervention strategies.
  • Deliver direct therapeutic services to students through both individual and group sessions.
  • Work alongside teachers and school staff to incorporate therapy objectives within the classroom environment.
  • Track and document students' development, modifying treatment plans as needed.
  • Engage in IEP meetings and assist in shaping students' educational frameworks.
  • Provide guidance and resources to educators and parents on methods to improve students' communication abilities.
  • Ensure meticulous record-keeping and documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
  • Experience in educational or pediatric environments is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently.
