Position Overview: Soliant is in search of a committed and proficient Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to become a vital member of our educational team. The SLP will engage with students to evaluate, diagnose, and deliver treatment for various speech, language, and communication challenges.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive speech and language evaluations to determine students' requirements and create tailored intervention strategies.
  • Deliver direct therapeutic services to students, encompassing both individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Work in partnership with educators and school personnel to weave therapy objectives into the academic environment.
  • Track and document student progress, modifying treatment plans as needed to ensure effectiveness.
  • Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and assist in formulating students' educational strategies.
  • Provide guidance and resources to teachers and parents to bolster students' communication abilities.
  • Ensure meticulous record-keeping and documentation of therapy sessions and student advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience in educational or pediatric environments is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently.
