Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse in the NICU

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team at Reston Hospital Center. As a NICU RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to premature and sick newborns, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in the NICU, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, as well as coordinating with healthcare providers to facilitate efficient and effective care. You will also provide emotional support to parents and educate them on how to care for their infant when they return home.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs
  • Provide emotional support to parents and educate them on infant care
  • Work closely with healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure quality outcomes
  • Document patient care and progress
