Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide first-level support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues through various channels.

Requirements:
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role or similar position.
  • Initiative: Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in a non-technical manner.
  • Patience and Empathy: Patience and empathy when dealing with end-users.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Routine walking, bending, stooping, squatting, and sitting.
  • Sit at a desk and/or computer for extended intervals.
  • Routine or repetitive physical motion with arms and hands.
Working Conditions:
  • Work is performed indoors and outdoors in airplane hangars.
  • Will be required to move computers/equipment as needed.
