About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Administrator to join our team at Improveit Home Remodeling. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction through supporting installation excellence and process-related efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and run reports to ensure market goals and objectives are met
  • Serve as the first point of contact for market customers regarding measures, projects, and warranty issues
  • Manage warranty requests and ensure timely completion to the customer's satisfaction
  • Determine service request eligibility for warranty coverage and crew chargebacks
  • Process payments on chargeable services and schedule project measures and warranty services
  • Provide market administrative support and act as the market expert in I360

Requirements:

  • 2+ years prior experience in customer service in home improvement or related industries
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and problem-solve collaboratively
  • Attention to detail and accurate typing skills (40+ words per minute)
