Position Summary

The cleanliness of our establishment is paramount in ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty. The housekeeping team plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping team as Room Attendants. The ideal candidate will create memorable experiences for guests through meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining public areas while assisting room attendants. This position is essential in providing key services that allow guests to relax and enjoy their stay. A dedicated housekeeping team can elevate a guest's experience from satisfactory to exceptional.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction during their stay.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve the cleanliness goals of the property.
  • Conduct rounds on assigned floors at the start and end of shifts to collect waste, soiled linens, and other items.
  • Retrieve clean linens and replenish supplies in floor pantries.
  • Deliver requested items such as towels, cribs, and cots to guest rooms.
  • Assist with room attendant duties as needed.
  • Restock guest amenities and supplies in floor pantries.
  • Support room attendants with heavy lifting during deep cleaning tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all public areas according to departmental standards.
  • Properly dispose of soiled linens and waste from service areas.
  • Respond courteously and helpfully to guests and fellow team members.
