  • Act as the primary expert on product regulatory requirements, liaising with product management and development teams.
  • Monitor and communicate updates related to Prop 65, Title 20, and Title 24 that may impact product designs.
  • Collaborate with management to plan certification testing and manage certification data efficiently.
  • Prepare and present regular certification status reports to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with product development teams to ensure new products are certified and existing products remain compliant.
  • Engage with regulatory agencies to address certification and compliance matters.

Essential Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of CSA, NEMA, EFC, and UL/CSA standards.
  • Proficiency in regulations such as Prop 65, Title 20, and Title 24.
  • Experience in managing certification data and documentation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively within teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Employment Type: This is a Contract-to-Hire position.
