About the Role:

As a Lead Preschool Educator, you will oversee the daily operations of your classroom, ensuring the effective delivery of our unique curriculum. This curriculum is designed to be both structured and adaptable, allowing you the freedom to create engaging activities that cater to the interests and needs of your students. Collaboration with fellow educators, administration, families, and the broader community is essential in fostering a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and coordinate classroom activities based on our literacy-focused curriculum.
  • Foster a balanced approach to learning and play, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for all students.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Adhere to all company and state-specific regulations and maintain necessary credentials.
  • Educational requirements include one of the following:
    • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 credit hours in Early Childhood Education or related fields.
    • Associate degree with a minimum of 6 credit hours in Early Childhood Education or related fields.
    • High School Diploma or GED with an awarded CDA (Child Development Associate).

This position requires a commitment to creating a positive and engaging learning environment. Candidates should be prepared to perform various physical tasks associated with early childhood education, including lifting, standing, and interacting with children at their level.
