Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer I to join our team in this exciting opportunity. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for improving the effectiveness of our workforce by developing and implementing process improvement projects in operations and developing standard processing procedures in the plant.

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and implement process improvement projects to reduce costs and increase productivity.
  • Lead small project teams to achieve process improvement goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • A degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in process engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Other Details

">

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional overtime as needed. You will be required to travel up to 5% of the time.
