Job Title: Returns Associate

Best Choice Products is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Returns Associate to join our Warehouse Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day customer returns process at our Distribution Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process all customer returns efficiently from carriers daily.
  • Open, inspect, and process all customer returns for quality control.
  • Inspect, sort, process, and put away finished goods and customer returns.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as shipping and receiving.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and ensure the RMA area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
  • Follow company policies and procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have 1-3 years of recent experience in a customer returns role in a high-volume warehouse environment.
  • Excellent attendance required; must be able to work on a regular and predictable basis or as schedule due to changes in the business needs and/or during peak season.
  • Able to sufficiently read and comprehend freight instructions.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability to lift weights of up to 75 pounds on a continual basis.
  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to efficiently and safely operate a pallet jack.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights and weekends.
