Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers, treating them with courtesy and respect. Greet and assist customers in a positive and approachable manner, answering questions and resolving customer concerns.
  • Rental Equipment Management: Perform necessary customer service tasks, including cutting keys, filling propane, running the register, and assisting with rental transactions. Monitor and track equipment, following up on contracts to ensure timely returns.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Inspect equipment for damage, fuel levels, and missing parts. Conduct repairs and maintenance on rental equipment, generating purchase orders as needed.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe rental area. Perform store maintenance tasks, including cleaning common areas, trash removal, and parking lot and sidewalk sweeping.
  • Teamwork: Help out in other areas of the store as needed and follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Skills: Strong mechanical skills, excellent customer service, good organizational skills, and proficiency with computer skills
  • Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing and walking, ability to drive a truck, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Work Environment

This is a part-time position with varying days and hours of work. Must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
